Returns + Exchanges

At Basra Brothers Sanitary Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

• Sale, clearance, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Used or installed sanitary fittings, tiles, or pipes.

• Items without original packaging.

• Products purchased on clearance or final sale.

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via email at info@basratraders.com or call 03004557761 with your order details.

2. Our support team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

3. Ship or bring the product back to our store location:
   📍 Chaudhry Market, Main Walton Road, Lahore Cantt, Pakistan.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please mention the product you’d like in place of the original.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the exchange item has a price difference, you will either pay the difference or receive store credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
